TEACHER'S TRAINING AT DBS SILCHAR
A two-day teachers’ training program was successfully conducted by CBSE on April 16th and 17th, 2025, focusing on the theme of Critical and Creative Thinking. The sessions were facilitated by Ms. Rituparna Bhowmik, a highly experienced PGT Science and an engaging resource person.
The training sessions commenced at 9:00 AM and continued till 4:00 PM on both days. The program was thoughtfully designed with a variety of interactive elements including group dynamics, hands-on activities, and brainstorming sessions that kept all participants actively involved throughout.
Ms. Bhowmik emphasized the importance of integrating critical and creative thinking into everyday teaching practices. She encouraged the use of open-ended questions, problem-solving tasks, and collaborative learning strategies in the classroom to foster deeper understanding and innovation among students.
