TEACHER'S ANIMATION AT DBS AGARTALA
A two-day Teacher's Orientation Programme was organized at Don Bosco School, Agartala, on the 8th and 9th of April 2025 in the school hall. The programme was held separately for the Pre-Primary and Secondary sections to cater to the specific needs of each group.
The orientation commenced with a warm welcome by the Principal, Fr. Sebastian Palatty SDB, who expressed his gratitude to all the resource persons for their valuable time and expertise. He encouraged the staff to make the most of the sessions to enhance their teaching effectiveness.
For the Secondary teachers, the sessions were led by Ms. Paromita Mitra Bhaumik from Kolkata, a seasoned educator and trainer known for her dynamic approach. The Pre-Primary teachers benefitted from the experience and insights of two dedicated educators from Don Bosco School, Silchar.
The two days were filled with interactive sessions, informative inputs, group discussions, activities, and hands-on training. The orientation focused on innovative pedagogical strategies, classroom management techniques, and child-centered learning approaches. The sessions were highly engaging and provided a platform for collaborative learning among the teachers.
All the teaching staff, along with the Principal, actively participated in the programme. The resource persons were appreciated for their enriching sessions which left the participants inspired and better equipped for the upcoming academic year. The orientation was a resounding success, thanks to the meticulous planning and the wholehearted participation of everyone involved.
