TEACHER'S TRAINING PROGRAMME DBS - SIAHA
Don Bosco School, Siaha successfully conducted a Teachers’ Training Program from the 7th to the 9th of April 2025. The entire teaching staff, along with the Principal and Vice-Principal, actively participated in the program.
The sessions were led by Mr. Adrian Rosario, an experienced resource person from Mumbai. The program was inaugurated by Fr. Gabriel Colney, who warmly welcomed all the participants and the guest speaker, and expressed his gratitude for everyone's presence and commitment.
The training focused on key areas such as effective classroom management, lesson planning, and the concept of “learning by doing.” The sessions were engaging and activity-based, which kept the teachers enthusiastic and involved throughout.
By the end of the three-day program, the teachers expressed great satisfaction with what they had learned. They felt motivated, better equipped, and full of energy to begin the new academic year with renewed zeal and dedication.
