M.TAB DISTRIBUTION -ST. JOSEPH'S SCHOOL UMDEN
On 27th March 2025, the outgoing students of Class X and XII of St. Joseph's Higher Secondary School, Umden, were presented with M.Tab devices by the Government of Meghalaya. This initiative aimed to encourage students to excel in their studies and prepare them for future academic endeavors.
A short yet meaningful programme was organized at the school to mark the occasion. The event commenced with a warm welcome by the school’s Principal, Fr. Joachim Ekka, who extended his heartfelt gratitude to the Government of Meghalaya for its commendable initiative in the field of education. He highlighted the significance of such technological assistance in enhancing students’ learning experiences and motivating them towards academic excellence.
The outgoing students expressed their joy and gratitude upon receiving the M.Tab devices. They pledged to utilize them effectively to achieve success in their further studies. The occasion was marked by a sense of pride and happiness among the students, faculty, and school management.
Government officials graced the event and personally handed over the M.Tab devices to the students in the presence of the school principal, teachers, and parents. Their presence underscored the commitment of the government towards promoting education and digital learning among students.
