The annual meeting of all Salesians working in Mizoram took place on 21st and 22nd March 2025, at Thenzawl, bringing together Rectors, Principals and confreres from four Don Bosco Schools across the region. The gathering began with a Recollection on 21st March animated by Fr.Davis Aricatt and Eucharistic Celebration presided over by Fr.Anthony Valluran on 22nd morning. The meeting provided a valuable platform for sharing experiences, discussing challenges, and outlining future plans.

The Principals of Don Bosco schools at Seling, Thenzawl, Siaha, and Lawngtlai presented comprehensive reports on their respective institutions. Key highlights included:
- Renewal of admission status for the upcoming academic session
- Updates on groups and movements within the schools
- Introduction of smart classrooms to enhance the learning experience
*Pastoral Works and Parish Matters*
In addition to educational matters, the meeting also delved into discussions on pastoral works and parish-related concerns in the four centers. The Salesians shared their experiences, challenges, and successes in their pastoral ministries, exploring ways to enhance their outreach and service to the local communities.

The meeting facilitated in-depth discussions on several crucial topics, including:
- Teachers' training programs scheduled to take place at Thenzawl, Lawngtlai, and Siaha from 26th March to 11th April covering all the 3 centers.
- Inter-Don Bosco School competitions to foster healthy competitions and teamwork
- Service rules and the adoption of common textbooks and question papers for Maths and English II
- Developmental plans for each school, focusing on growth and improvement
The annual meeting concluded with a prayer and a sumptuous lunch, providing an opportunity for the Salesians to bond and recharge. The community of Thenzawl was thanked for their warm hospitality and for hosting the successful gathering.
The meeting reaffirmed the Salesians' commitment to providing quality education, holistic development, and pastoral care to the youth and communities of Mizoram, while fostering a sense of community and collaboration among their institutions.
