INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION AT RAMBRAI SCHOOL
St.John Bosco Higher secondary School, Nongkroh-Rambrai,proudly celebrated Independence day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit on 15 August,2025.
The program began with a welcome address delivered by Miss Ibalarimon Khonglam ,followed by a prayer moment led by Miss Felisha Nongsiang,during which everyone bowed their heads in respect for the National Anthem,filling the atmosphere with pride and reverence.
A March past was then performed by the students,showcasing discipline and unity.To further enhance the spirit of patriotism,the students presented a beautiful patriotic dance performance,which was followed by a soulful patriotic song sung with passion and emotion,reminding everyone of the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters.
After the program,the gathering proceeded to the church to celebrate the feast of the assumption of Mary.In the afternoon, an exciting basketball match was held between the teachers and students.
The celebration served as a true reminder of the responsibility of every citizens to uphold the values of freedom and unity
