The grand celebration of the School Feast on the birthday of St. John Bosco, our beloved Father and Friend of Youth, enlightened the hearts of all present and filled the day with joy and festivity.
The programme began with a short yet meaningful animation led by the Yellow House, which set the tone for the day. A warm welcome address was delivered, followed by the lighting of the lamp and paying homage to St. John Bosco by the students. A special moment of the day was the blessing and inauguration of the Bosco Café, a school canteen established to cater to the needs of the children.
The celebration was graced by the presence of our Principal, Fr. Gilbert, who shared a fatherly message, offering words of wisdom and inspiring all with the spirit of Don Bosco. His message also helped us understand the true meaning of the feast, making the day even more significant.
Apart from the inaugural animation, a series of competitions and performances added colour and vibrancy to the celebration.
The Pre-Primary students showcased lively action songs,
The Primary students participated in poem recitation,
The Upper Primary students displayed their talents in a singing competition, and
The Secondary and Higher Secondary students enthralled the audience with their energetic dance performances.
Each performance was marked by enthusiasm, creativity, and the true festive spirit, making the celebration a memorable one for all.
Above all, the day was blessed with pleasant weather and a cheerful atmosphere, which created the perfect setting for the School Feast. The success of this event was the result of the combined efforts of students, teachers, and staff, who worked hand in hand to honour the life and mission of St. John Bosco.
Indeed, it was a day of joy, gratitude, and inspiration—a fitting tribute to our Patron Saint, whose legacy continues to guide and bless our school community.
