MANDWI BIDS FAREWELL FOR SR. WANRILANG
A heartfelt and memorable farewell programme was organized on 6th August 2025 at Don Bosco School, Mandwi in honour of Sr. Wanrilang Kharkongor, who concluded her Eight years of dedicated and passionate service at the institution.
The programme began with a warm welcome by Fr. Juel, the Principal, who expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation for Sr. Wanri’s unwavering commitment and contribution to the school. In his address, he highlighted her passion for education, care for students, and the joyful spirit with which she carried out her responsibilities.
The event was filled with vibrant performances by the students and staff, including lively dances, melodious songs, and heartfelt words of appreciation. Each performance reflected the deep respect and affection the school community holds for Sr. Wanrilang, making the occasion emotionally moving and unforgettable.
On behalf of the management, Fr. Blasius Kujur spoke warmly, thanking Sr. Wanrilang for her inspiring, selfless, and exemplary life and mission in Don Bosco School and the Parish of Mandwi. He acknowledged her valuable role in nurturing the school’s spiritual and academic environment.
As a symbol of love and gratitude, the staff and students presented gifts and tokens of appreciation to Sr. Wanrilang along with their heartfelt wishes for her future mission. The programme reached its emotional peak when Sr. Wanrilang delivered her farewell message, thanking the school community for their love, support, and cooperation throughout her journey. Her words were touching and left many with moist eyes.
The farewell programme was truly a grand and memorable occasion, filled with love, gratitude, and warm memories that will remain in the hearts of all at Don Bosco School, Mandwi.
