An Orientation Program for the students of Class X was successfully conducted on July 16 and 17, 2025, at Don Bosco School, Silchar. The objective of the program was to help students reflect on their academic goals, personal habits, and life skills as they step into one of the most crucial years of their school life.
The resource persons for the two-day program were Rev. Fr. Theotimus Lakra, SDB, Director of Don Bosco Youth and Educational Services, along with Mr. Ng Alan Paul and Mrs. Claire Mahung, staff members of the same institute.
The sessions for Sections A and B of Class X were conducted by Mr. Ng Alan Paul and Mrs. Claire Mahung. The day’s focus was on essential life and academic skills, such as:

Through interactive discussions, real-life examples, and engaging group activities, the students were encouraged to reflect on their study habits and adopt a more proactive approach to their academic journey.
